Very bad experience because it was recommended by Khushi travel The hotel is playing game with Khushi travel that this is in the heart of Chandigarh where as it 30 km away from Chandigarh No hospitality No proper service Neither cooperative Supporting Khushi travel

We were a group of 15 family members who planned a get together after years. Classic residency was one of our shortlisted properties to visit but quite low when we arranged rankwise. But somehow my gut feel said that this would be a very good choice. I spoke to Mr. Dharmender at Classic Residency and then I started contacting the other properties. Our top priority was a flawless experience and after I was finished with trying to make a booking, classic residency became my first choice. Dhamender Ji was the most cooperative manager I have ever met. I never heard him say a No(but everything comes at a cost). The package was absolutely customised as per our needs. We booked 6 super deluxe rooms. We checked In on Dec 26 and believe me, right from check in to the check out next day, everything was well taken care off. Sanitizers available all around the property. So nothing to worry The rooms were very comfortable. Every room had a sofa cum bed, which proved to be absolutely great for a big group like ours. There already was an extra blanket kept in the almirah. Towels, shampoo, body was already in place. A few small glitches were there in a room eg the flush wasn't working fine but bingo, the staff served with a smile, tried to make mends and when it could not happen within 10 minutes, changed the room with a smile. We were given more than required privacy during meals and during our drinks session. We almost had the terrace exclusively for us(there were other guests in the resort too). A few surprise inclusions like not charging for a couple of cups of tea, an extra plate of salad during a meal, the staff coming forward to serve the kids from the buffet spread just to keep us comfortable are a few out of the many things that widened our smile🙂 A big thumbs up to one of the most dedicated hospitality teams I have come across at Classic Residency. I would definitely return back

Very smelly rooms and bad service

Stayed at the hotel for a night halt. Let me start with good aspects: staff was courteous, it's cheap, food is decent, connectivity to kalka railway station is good. When we checked in, we found that the airflow within the hotel was switched off and the rooms/washroom were very smelly and not clean, it was extremely difficult to sleep. The extra bed provided was squeaky and not very comfortable.

Nice Rooms and nice and very co-operative staff, easy and hassle free check in , we stay for two night , its best hotel in Pinjore we have taken EP plan so we have no idea about food at Restaurant Ratnam.

This was my 3rd stay in this hotel.The best part if this hotel is delicious and yummy food.Really Indian food was mouth watering. We were there for a business meet of 53 persons for two days.The conference carpated hall is equiped and as per latest market trend. Rooms are specious enough and fulfilled tge basic amenities.Cleanliness,hygiene and security is up to the mark.
